Eclipse Season
March 25, 12:00am (PDT)
Full Moon Lunar Eclipse
5 (Libra) 07
On March 25 at 12:00 am (PDT) the moon forms a penumbral lunar eclipse at 5 Libra 07. This eclipse is tied to the October 14, 2023, annual solar eclipse and it is connected to the Total eclipse next month on April 8. Both eclipse paths are in USA. The October eclipse unfolded at the time of the Hamas attacks and the response by Israel. Now we have this lunar eclipse which could revisit the Mideast conflict.
The Moon in Libra is always looking for balance and is the sign of negotiations. Venus the ruling planet of Libra is in a conjunction with Saturn in Pisces. Saturn who is somber and structured is trying to make sense of religion, which if Saturn was honest is not always sensible. The moon in trine with Pluto and the sun sextile Pluto can offer up something transformative and welcomed. Venus will have formed a conjunction with Saturn a few days earlier which may have highlighted some issues or problems. Perhaps the eclipse can bring a balanced response.
In terms of our personal lives, the north node in Aries is asking for intense self-awareness and understands the importance of bringing independence to relationships. The Libra south node will lean into peace at any cost which can be troublesome. The balance is by checking in with self and sharing more authenticity in the relationship. Certainly, a full moon to ask, are we heading in the same direction? Any of the knowledge we gain during this eclipse, we may revisit at the April 8 solar eclipse. Some of this will be punctuated by Mercury which will also at that time be retrograde. We might find ourselves thinking, 'Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. '
