December 29, 2021, Jupiter returns to Pisces

Jupiter turned retrograde last month and on July 28 it returns to Aquarius.   The last time, Jupiter was in Aquarius was between December 2020 and May this year.   The time before that was January 2009 until January 2010.   There may be some themes from 09-10 that were repeated earlier this year.   In May, when Jupiter went into Pisces we moved into different topics.   Jupiter is huge, it attracts large themes, events and moments that educate us and inform our philosophy, our opinions, our big thinking.  It is not subtle.

In Aquarius, Jupiter had to share the energy with Saturn who is also in Aquarius.  Saturn can bring a depressing, “what’s the use?” attitude which really rubs Jupiter the wrong way.    Once Jupiter moved into Pisces in May, Jupiter felt liberated being out of the same sign with Saturn. Jupiter was more porous ready to absorb the information of Pisces.  Our inner mystic could have been up, we could have been leaning into our faith, we could have pulled away from things that were harsh for fear that it would take us too down or we could have seen despair and hit a wall.

When the biggest planet in our solar system returns to Aquarius, we take some of that Pisces philosophical juju and bring it to Aquarius through Jupiter.  In Aquarius we look for like-minded people, we bring big ideas, we construct with others.  We aren’t just do-gooders for the sake of doing good, we want to create new solutions, new ways that are sustainable (good side of Saturn) we also take a moment and remember, “Oh, I am a human and hey you are a human, too”.  Jupiter will be in Aquarius until December 29 but unlike the first part of this year when Jupiter was in Aquarius where he had to deal with sour Saturn, this time he returns with the knowledge of Pisces.  The power of faith, the power of mystical,  even if we went to despair, now in Aquarius Jupiter tells Saturn, “We can do what it takes with others on our side, let’s team up.”  Do not be surprised if you are pulled into social events that are meaningful and you bring something important or special and you are recognized for it.
