This Astro Week

This week.  

Friday’s full moon lasts until late Monday morning (12:53pm EDT).    This full moon we are processing our relationship with our tribe.   Our tribe can be our family but is not limited to the people we are born into, our tribe also includes the people we gather round us.   On this full moon we are looking at our role in our tribe and if we are allowed to shine within in the group.   For more full moon discussion go HERE.   Watch what comes up.     

On August 2 Saturn will turn direct at 28 Scorpio 17 (see additional post)

There is pressure between Jupiter and Saturn as it builds towards the August 3^rd square.    Overindulgence versus tight wad.    Our optimism pushes our pessimism.   Being open versus being closed.    Multipoint vs single point solution.    How does this tension play out?  Where do you feel strained?   Use the energy to build something important.  A thought, a relationship, a connection, resolve a debt, move up a ladder step….it may not be easy but you can do it.

Focus on:  How are you sharing your faith? How are you sharing humanitarianism?  How are you sharing your metaphysics?  How are you sharing your gentleness?  How are you sharing your dreaminess?  How are you sharing your fuzziness?  How are you sharing religion?  Or spirituality? 

Special focus:

8/4: Venus/Jupiter  Values and resources expand.  Opportunities open up.  Love and money get a little stroke.

8/4: Venus/Saturn.   Values and resources are getting slapped.  Darn.  And on the same day Venus gets the a stroke from Jupiter, Saturn pushes us back.  Dream big, consider big but do the hard work that will satisfy Saturn. 

8/6: Mercury/Venus.  Thoughts around values are highlighted.  Love, money and creativity are injected with new ideas and thoughts that support growth.  

8/6: Mercury/Saturn:  Sharp thoughts and sharp tongue.  Negative thinking.  Cloudy ideas.

Last Quarter moon:  Now we do the final adjustments to the seeds we planted on new. The final call, the final letters to send, we follow all the trails that came up that still make sense.  And we let the other parts lay fallow. It is a time of action but wise action.  It is a time for living  “The serenity prayer”

God, grant me the Serenity
to accept the things
I cannot change Courage to change the
things I can, and the
Wisdom to know the difference.

Focus on:

What actions are you taking that speak to your sensuality?  What actions can you take that speak to taking care of finances?  What actions can you take that help set up you building your own thing?  How are your emotions directly connected to what you value?  How can you build on those values?

8/7:  Mercury in Virgo

8/7: Mercury/Jupiter:  Broadening thoughts.  Visionary.   Focused ideas and insights that expand thinking.
