The Week Ahead

I gotta say I am still kind of settling down from last week's Venus/Pluto conjunction (see previous posts). That was one heck of a week.   I have a planet in the 8-10 degree range of Capricorn so perhaps that is why I was a bit more tuned into the conjunction.    

Anyway, the weekend is a first quarter moon, on Saturday The Sun and Mercury both move into Aquarius within a few hours of each other.   Aquarius energy is a shift from Capricorn.  Where Capricorn is earthbound and practical, Aquarius is an air sign, motivated more by thoughts and thinking than physical actions.    Synapses get an electric bolt when Aquarius involved.    If you have any Aquarius friends you know what I am talking about.

Sunday the 20th has a moon square Mars, I don't normally post the daily Moon aspects but Sunday the 20th is also the day of President Obama's Inauguration.  Not a great aspect in my mind.   But nonetheless not anything we can do about it.   I will put up another post regarding the Inauguration.

Later in the week, on the 22nd, the moon moves into Gibbous phase and we have some nice aspects on the 22nd and the 24th.   Friday has a Mercury square Saturn, which will put a dark shadow in thoughts.  A 'what's the use' pallor.  Luckily there is a nice Jupiter Sun trine which should soften the negativity.

We refine our information.  We pick and choose, we discriminate, we organize  to be ‘Virgo’ like.  We sort through details.  Have we missed something?  How are we sifting through the information?  Go back and make sure something hasn’t been neglected.  Refine our actions. 

Focus on:

What are you figuring out in terms of communication? What do you say to others and what do the say to you?  How does it impact your goals?  How do you process information?  Does it shift your goals?

1/22: Mercury/Uranus: Inspired.  Brilliant ideas populate our day.  Dynamic breakthroughs.  Creativity liberates. 

1/22 Mercury/Jupiter:  Opportunities appear.  Mentally  inspired, a day of enlightenment.

1/24: Sun/Uranus: Creativity.  Groups of like minded people are energized and welcoming visionary breakthroughs.

1/25: Mercury/Saturn:  Rigid thinking, brittle thoughts.   A price paid for inflexibility.  Feeling stuck.

1/25:Sun/Jupiter:  Expansive, opportunities.   Stretching and welcoming in new people and energies.
